Terms of Service
Terms to credit-approved accounts are Net 30 from date of shipment. Credit is available to qualified accounts and may be established after furnishing standard credit information and references. New accounts' first order will normally be shipped "open" pending completion of credit history. Orders shipped F.O.B. Carrollton, Tx. No shipment will be made to any account 30 days past due. Discounts and rebates will not be honored when agreed upon terms are exceeded. The customer is responsible for any collection costs incurred by MesaTech Corporation.
Minimum Order Requirements:
MesaTech does not automatically add a service or handling charge to each order. We do ask that you observe our $25 or 2(two)dozen ribbon minimum quantity per order. A variety of ribbons may be included in your order to reach order requirements or quantity pricing requirements. Orders that fail to meet minimum order requirements may have a $2.50 service charge added.
MesaTech offers a variety of shipping alternatives. Unless otherwise specified, shipments under 250 pounds will be shipped UPS. Shipments over 250 pounds will be handled by independent trucking companies and are charged to the consignee by the designated trucking company or shipped under 100 wt charges for UPS. Freight charged will be added to invoices.
We strive to insure all orders are shipped accurately and complete. Should you find damaged products, shortages or shipping errors, please file your claims within 10 days of receipt of goods. Physical shipping damage is considered the responsibility of the freight carrier. Shipping Terms: MesaTech will make every effort to meet your delivery needs. If orders are placed before 1:00P.M. many in-stock items can be shipped next day. Most orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 days. Orders requiring special inking or fabrics may require 3 to 4 days. You will be notified of any longer delays. Drop Shipment: MesaTech will drop ship your order at no additional charge if you request it and are on open credit terms. Our company name will not appear on any documentation or shipping labels.
MesaTech will accept returns from customers only with a Return Authorization Number. This RA# must be displayed on incoming merchandise. MesaTech reserves the right to make final inspection of all returned merchandise. If our Quality Control Dept. determines the product is not defective, the return may be subject to a restocking fee. Products returned to our stock due to customer misordering, customer inability to sell the product or customer non-acceptance of shipment will be subject to a restocking fee. Some items will not be accepted for return because of condition or age. Please contact MesaTech should you need additional information or assistance.
